• Cyclical progestin therapy: medroxyprogesterone acetate, 10-20 mg/day for 14 days per month
• Continuous progestin therapy: megestrol acetate, 20-40 mg/day

• Continuous progestin therapy: megestrol acetate (40-160 mg/day)
• For women with atypical complex hyperplasia who no longer desire fertility, hysterectomy is recommended.

• Therapy should be continued for 2 to 3 months, and endometrial biopsy should be performed 3 to 4 weeks after completion of therapy to assess response.
• Periodic endometrial biopsy or transvaginal ultrasonography d/t undiagnosed cancer in 25% of cases, progression rate to cancer

• MRI: to assess myometrial invasion

Stage IA: tumor is limited to the endometrium
Stage IB: invasion of less than half the myometrium
Stage IC: invasion of more than half the myometrium
Stage IIA: endocervical glandular involvement only
Stage IIB: cervical stromal invasion
Stage IIIA: tumor invades serosa or adnexa, or malignant peritoneal cytology
Stage IIIB: vaginal metastasis
Stage IIIC: metastasis to pelvic or para-aortic lymph nodes
Stage IVA: invasion of the bladder or bowel
Stage IVB: distant metastasis, including intraabdominal or inguinal lymph nodes

Intermediate to High risk: Chemotherapy Platinum+ Doxorubicin or Paclitaxel + Platinum
